Cancellation and Reschedule Policy 


At OneHealth Osteopathy & Recovery, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, you are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without incurring any additional fees.

To assist you in this process, we send out helpful email reminders two days before your appointment, providing you with ample time to cancel or reschedule your booking if necessary.

To officially cancel or modify an appointment with us, please follow the cancellation link that is conveniently embedded in your confirmation email, or feel free to reach out directly by calling us at 0409 409 380 or by sending an email to admin@onehealthosteo.com.

Please note that appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance—though not on the actual day of your appointment—will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule on the same day as your appointment, please be aware that you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. Additionally, if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, you will also be responsible for 100% of the service cost as a no-show fee.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. While we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is important to note that our cancellation policy is in place to protect OneHealth Osteopathy & Recovery, as well as our dedicated staff, from potential financial losses.
